What this covers
Stackhouse ("we," "us") runs stackhousesystems.com. This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it. Plain English, no surprises.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you type into the quote form: your name, your business name, an email or phone number, which pillar you picked, and anything you add in the notes. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.
When you send the form, our host, Netlify, also records the time it was sent and basic technical details of the request, which is how any form on the internet works.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Nothing follows you around after you leave. If that ever changes, this page will say so first, and anything that tracks will ask before it loads.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, put together a quote, and, if we end up working together, to do the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Who else touches it
- Netlify hosts the site and delivers form submissions to us.
- Google Workspace is our email, so your message lives in our inbox.
Each of those companies has its own privacy policy, and each is a normal part of running a website.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our inbox and form archive so we can pick a conversation back up later. Ask at any time and we will delete what we have about you.
Your choices
You can email us at info@stackhousesystems.com to see, correct, or delete anything you sent through this site. You can also skip the form entirely and just call (813) 803-0143.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
