Using this site
stackhousesystems.com is here so you can learn what Stackhouse does and ask for a quote. Everything on it, including the words, the mark, the animations, and Steve, belongs to Stackhouse. You are welcome to link to it; please do not copy it.
Quotes
A quote request is a conversation starter, not a contract. Nothing is agreed until we both sign a written proposal that spells out the scope, the price, and the timeline. Quotes are good for 30 days unless the proposal says otherwise.
The work
Every project runs on a signed proposal. That document, not this page, sets the deliverables, payment schedule, revision rounds, and what happens if either side needs to stop. Where this page and a signed proposal disagree, the proposal wins.
What is yours
When a project is paid in full, the website, the copy written for it, the design files, and the domain registered in your name are yours. Tools, code, and templates we reuse across projects stay ours, and you keep a license to use them in the work we delivered.
Third-party services
Websites, ads, and AI tools depend on other companies: hosting, domain registrars, Google, Meta, and the AI providers we build on. We set them up carefully, but their pricing, uptime, and rules are theirs, not ours.
Liability
We do our work with care and stand behind it. Beyond redoing work that is not right, our responsibility on any project is limited to what you paid us for that project. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
